Recruitment Process

Guide you through the process from application to recruitment.

STEP 01 Document Screening

After a comprehensive evaluation of whether the person is suitable for the company, applicants who pass document screening will be notified individually.

STEP 02 1st Interview

The first interview is held by the head of the department and working-level staff to evaluate individual passion and appropriate skills.

STEP 03 2nd Interview

For those who pass the first interview, an executive interview will be held to determine whether they are a good fit for the qualities and values of Beyondtech.

STEP 04 Final Pass

Successful applicants will be individually notified of their final acceptance.
